Amendment C113
Whitehorse City Council has prepared and approved Amendment C113 to the Whitehorse Planning Scheme.
The amendment came into operation on 29 March 2012, which is the date the amendment was published in the Government Gazette.
The amendment updates the Whitehorse Planning Scheme by making corrections to 19 minor anomalies to the Whitehorse Planning Scheme, as listed in the table below:

The amendment also made consequential changes to the local planning policy framework as a result of the above changes.
The amendment was approved by the Whitehorse City Council on 22 February 2012 in accordance with authorisation given by the Minister under section 11(1) of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 on 9 March 2011.

The amendment was exhibited from 14 April to 9 May 2011 and there were no objecting submissions to the corrections amendment. At its meeting on 27 June 2011, Council decided to adopt the amendment and has submitted it to the Secretary of the Department of Planning and Community Development for certification.
