The Minister for Planning approved Amendment C123 to the Whitehorse Planning Scheme on 3October 2013. The amendment came into effect on this date and Notice of Approval was also published in the Government Gazette on this date.

The amendment applies to land known as the Crossway Baptist Church site, which includes the following addresses:

The panel hearing was held on Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27 March 2013 at the Whitehorse Civic Centre, 379-397 Whitehorse Road, Nunawading. The panel’s report and recommendations on the amendment was received on 25 April 2013. Panel largely supported the Amendment and Council’s position.
