This amendment proposes to apply a permanent Heritage Overlay to 65 Esdale Street, Nunawading. The proposed heritage place has been investigated as part of Council’s on-going commitment to heritage and was found to have important heritage significance. The amendment has been initiated to ensure its future protection.
