Australian Citizenship Ceremonies

Council conducts citizenship ceremonies throughout the year on behalf of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection.

The annual Australia Day citizenship ceremony starts at 4.30pm and is held at the Whitehorse Centre, 397 Whitehorse Road, Nunawading.  

Please note that Council does not handle the application process of becoming an Australian citizen or schedule approved candidates to attend the ceremonies.

Council will be holding a citizenship ceremony on Friday 26 January 2018 (Australia Day), commencing at 4.30pm.

Dates of future cereomonies for 2018 will be listed once confirmed.
