Acacia melanoxylon – Blackwood

This evergreen tree has dark, grey-green leaves and creamy yellow flowers from July to October. Features a dense canopy that provides excellent shade and shelter and habitat reinforcement / extension. Can be used under powerlines and on nature strips but will require formative pruning to develop a single trunk.
