Our 60 minute laughter and wellbeing sessions include exercises designed to improve mental and physical well-being through laughter, gentle stretching, relaxation and community connection. The program is suitable for all ages and abilities and requires nothing more than a willingness to have fun.
We meet each Saturday at "Tunstall Park" to laugh for no reason. There are exercises we do which encourages our laughter. Laughter is free therapeutic improves immune system activity coping mechanism and lowers blood pressure.
