Crepe Myrtle (Lagerstroemia indica var. Indian Summer ®)
Small, wide spreading deciduous tree with a very open habit. Features bunches of small flowers in pink, white, mauve and purple, which appear in summer. The branching is sculptural, smooth and pink-grey coloured. Can be used under powerlines and in narrow nature strips but will require formative pruning to develop a single trunk.
