Strength Training: ‘Strong Bones—Healthy People’
Strength training helps to maintain bone density and good health. We conduct six sessions on a regular basis. Men and women attend at a time that suits them each week. Weights are available. Classes run 50 weeks a year.
Medical clearance preferred.
