Take some time out to relax your mind and body! In one hour you will have the opportunity to practice sitting meditation, gentle mindful balancing and stretching
movements, and mental and physical relaxation exercises. No previous experience is required and you will leave
refreshed with a range of techniques to calm and focus the mind and rest and restore the body. Childminding is
