Freeman Maple (Acer x freemanii)
A medium, deciduous tree with oval to rounded canopy and straight trunk. Features deeply cut green leaves that turn to brilliant crimson-red in autumn. Can be used under powerlines, not suitable for use in narrow nature strips. Numerous cultivars of Acer are available to suit a range of conditions.
