Koelreuteria paniculate – Golden Rain Tree

A medium, round headed, canopy tree with ascending branches and bright blue/green leaves. Leaves turn pinkish gold from mid to late summer. Yellow flowers give way in late summer to papery seed capsules that resemble Chinese lanterns. Not suitable for use in narrow nature strips, suitable for use under powerlines.
