Home Composting & Food Waste Avoidance Trial

The Home Composting and Food Waste Avoidance Trial was an innovative program that aimed to increase home composting rates in the local community, using the principles of sustainable behaviour change. Council supplied 200 participants with composting equipment, information and access to an interactive website where participants can ask questions, share their stories and report their data back to Council.
