Nunawading Market - Craft and Produce
Nunawading Market is held in the grounds of the Whitehorse Civic Centre on the fourth Sunday of each month from February to November, 9am to 2pm, with a special Christmas Twilight Market on the second Sunday of December.
Nunawading Market’s motto is ‘Make It, Bake It, Grow It’ – providing community access to a diverse range of goods ranging from baby ware, clothing, toys, jewellery, gifts and plants to gourmet foods and fresh produce.
Nunawading Market is managed by Arts Nunawading Inc. (ANI) – a not-for-profit organisation. Local arts groups established ANI in 1964, to foster the participation, promotion and enjoyment of the visual, performing and cultural arts throughout the City of Whitehorse. Their activities make a significant contribution to the aesthetic life of our community.
Funds raised through the market are dispersed to local cultural, performing and visual arts groups, to young people furthering their artistic development through the Dick Lack Memorial Scholarship or to support the Whitehorse Centre.
