Fees for Planning Permits

The fees as detailed in the Schedules are prescribed under the Planning and Environment (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2009. 

All fees must be paid at time of lodging any application or request, applications and/or requests submitted without the correct fee will be returned to the applicant. The following fees are correct as of 1 July 2011.  

The summary of the fees prescribed under the Planning and Environment (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 (the regulations) are not a complete representation of these regulations. Reference should be made to the Regulations to obtain the complete wording of individual fee regulations and other regulations (which include waiving and rebating provisions).

Note: Council may, on application to it, waive or rebate the payment of any of the prescribed fees, it if considers that the circumstances of the amendment are such that it would be unreasonable or undesirable to charge the prescribed fee.
