Council recognises the impact of COVID-19 on our residents, businesses and community groups. We are committed to working with you to find solutions for the payment of rates and other charges.

This form can be used to ask for help with a wide range of issues relating to Council fees, payments, registrations and permits. Please complete the form and we will be in contact as soon as possible.

If you are unable to pay your rates in full or by instalments by the due date, you may enter into a payment plan. Our online Rates Payment Plan Calculator can help you work out the minimum payments required.
