Beeswax Wraps

Emma Grace will teach us how to make beeswax wraps, a plastic-free way to keep food fresh and hygienic. These wraps are reusable, washable and a sustainable alternative to cling wrap. 

Materials Tools
  • Pure beeswax (granules/’pearls’ are easiest) 2 cups
  • Pine Resin (otherwise known as Colophony Rosin or Gum Rosin) 1/4 cup
  • Pure Jojoba oil 20ml
  • 100% Cotton fabric (‘Poplin’ is a good weight) 29x29cm
  • Pastry brush
  • Saucepan
  • Measuring cups
  • Fork or spoon
  • Apron
