Personal Alert Victoria (PAV) is a personal monitoring and emergency response service funded by the Victorian Government with 24-hour contact for eligible people.
You may be eligible if you spend most of your time alone at home, have chronic health and medical conditions requiring support, or have problems with balance and mobility.
An alarm pendant is worn and is connected to a receiver unit in your home. When an alarm is activated trained staff will contact you, your nominated representatives and/or emergency services for assistance.
Government eligibility criteria and fees apply for this service.
