Council’s annual Community Satisfaction Survey period begins in February to assess Council’s performance across a range of measures.
Whitehorse Mayor Councillor Sharon Ellis said the survey identified ways to provide improvements or more effective service delivery to residents.
“Each year Local Government Victoria coordinates this state-wide survey throughout Victorian local government areas. Council has always found this survey to be an informative and useful measure of the many things we get right and those on which we can improve,” Cr Ellis said.
Independent market research agency National Field Services will conduct the telephone survey on behalf of Council.
Whitehorse households may receive a call from the agency during February and March 2020.
Participants’ details and individual responses are confidential and Council appreciates residents taking the time to share their valuable feedback.
