Community Satisfaction Survey Results

Whitehorse City Council continues to perform well in the State Government’s annual survey of community members.   

Two-thirds of residents rated Council’s overall performance as ‘very good’ (17 per cent) or ‘good’ (49 per cent), compared to just 5 per cent who rated it as ‘very poor’ or ‘poor’. A further 27 per cent sit mid-scale, rating Council’s overall performance as ‘average’.
