Quarterly Performance Report
The Quarterly Performance Report provides the community with quarterly updates on our activities, achievements, and performance towards our Council Plan 2025-2029 and Annual Budget 2025/2026.
Quarterly Performance Report Q1 2025/26 endorsed
It’s been a busy start to the 2025/26 year, with Council supporting multiple exhibitions across Council’s art spaces and galleries with over 7000 people attending Annemieke Mein’s Nature Revealed exhibition. The July to September 2025 period largely focused on completed and in-progress capital works projects relating to recreational facilities and local infrastructure.

Some of the highlights this quarter were:
- Key completed projects include the Elgar Park North East Sports Field Improvements, which delivered a hockey pitch, lighting and a sealed car park, as well as the upgrade of netball and cricket facilities at Springfield Park.
- Council partnered with Eastern Health to deliver a major event for Dementia Action Week in September, attracting over 200 participants and helping to raise awareness and understanding around dementia.
- Council proudly celebrated the completion of the inaugural Women in Sport Leadership Program to support future female community leaders, with 22 emerging female leaders completing the course.
