The various ways you can pay a Council-issued fine are listed below. You will need to wait until the end of the next business day after the fine was issued for it to be loaded onto the Council payment system. Otherwise the system may say the fine is not "valid" and you will need to try again the following business day.
NOTE: In all circumstances, credit card payments (only MasterCard or Visa accepted) will include a processing fee of 0.6%. No processing fees with be charged for other payment methods including debit cards.

The BPAY biller code and reference number are specified on the fine. You may only pay your fine by BPAY before the original fine payment due date. After that date, you will need to pay via another Payment Option.

Mail a cheque or money order payable to Whitehorse City Council. NOTE: You must specify the fine number. Receipts are not issued for payments made by mail.

Present your fine with your payment to any of Council’s Services Centres. EFTPOS, credit/debit card (Mastercard or Visa), cheque, cash or money order are accepted.
