Lodge a pre-application request to review proposed plans and documentation related to your proposal. A planner will contact you to discuss the proposal and will provide a response in writing after the discussion 

• All lodged pre-application requests must include the following information:
  • Site plan
  • Detailed drawings, that include dimensioned floor plans, elevations and sections, as necessary
  • Arborist report and/or ecological assessment for vegetation removal (if applicable)
• Other information that can be reviewed
  • Sustainable Design Assessment
  • Waste Management Plan (for 4 or more dwellings)
