Discount Support Hall Hire is a proportional discount in relation to hall hire charges of Council owned and operated venues.
Discount Support Hall Hire is open all year round to enable not for profit and incorporated organisations to book Council venues for meetings, activities and events at a discounted rate.

Important note: Whitehorse City Council is undertaking a review of the Community Grants Policy, which may impact Discount Support Hall Hire. Further details will be provided when the Guidelines for the 2026/2027 Community Grants are issued in early 2026. You can still continue to submit applications for the 2026 calendar year in the meantime.
