Whitehorse News
Council publishes the monthly Whitehorse News for residents, ratepayers, community groups and businesses. The newsletter is distributed at the start of each month, providing information on a wide range of topics and issues affecting the city including:
- Council services and activities
- Special events
- Community consultations
- Environmental information
- Councillor information and ward news
- Community news and events
- News from Council Meetings and committees.

Extra copies of the Whitehorse News are available at Council's three services centres in Nunawading, Forest Hill and Box Hill.
The Whitehorse News is also available in audio format on the website. Alternatively, you can contact Council's Communications Department on 9262 6333 and request the audio files on CD.
Community groups wanting to submit information to go in the Whitehorse News should contact Council's Communications Department six weeks before the relevant edition is distributed. For example, if you'd like information to appear in the December issue, please contact the Communications Department in mid-October.
