We provide a focus point for people interested in art, both in producing art and in linking up with other people who have similar interests.
Members come from any background. No experience is necessary: some members are absolute beginners, others have painted or drawn and want to come back to art, still others join as a retirement activity. A love of art is what brings us together.
We provide a range of activities:
- Art classes (oil, water-colour, pastel, acrylic, drawing, etc)
- Workshops (cartooning, abstract painting etc)
- Life drawing (live models)
- Plein-air sketching
- Paint and chat sessions
- Exhibitions.
Our classes are very friendly and suitable for artists of all skill levels. Adult beginners are very welcome.
