While you may not be able to visit all the local sites in and around Whitehorse, you can jump online and complete jigsaws of local landmarks. Challenge yourself against the clock to get the local “record” for fastest completion.

Make a Zine
Zines are self published mini publications you can make at home. You can make your zines about anything, this video shows you how to make one with a single sheet of paper.

During this time of self-isolation, Audible has offered a selection of free books for children and young people.

Google 3D animals
An augmented reality filter that brings the zoo to your house. Search for animals using Google Chrome on your smart phone and click on “View in 3D”. They’ll pop up complete with sound effects. Available on GoogleChrome on your phone (works on Android running on 7.0 or higher and iPhone running on IOS or later).

Learn a language
DuoLingo makes learning a new language fun, because it has heaps of games and tasks that you can complete as challenges to help you earn points and learn a language at the same time.

Trivia
Head online or download an app to play a game of trivia online. Get your friends to do the same to take part in group games.

Can you name the complete cast of The Office, do you know the last name of all the Harry Potter characters  or could you name Marvel characters from their secret identities? Sporcle is an online trivia portal covering every topic imaginable.
