Casual booking request for sports fields and open spaces

Council managed sports fields, pavilions and open spaces can be booked for sporting events and school activities. 

Bookings are available between 9am – 3pm Monday to Friday. Bookings outside these times are not available due to seasonal licenses. 

Booking enquiries must be made with at least 10 days’ notice before your requested date. Bookings can be made no more than three months in advance.

Insurance
It is a requirement of Council that all organisations that are incorporated have Public Liability Insurance.

Public Liability Insurance must be up to a minimum of $20,000,000 and display a current date range. 
Unlimited number of files can be uploaded to this field.

Declaration
In making this application we indemnify Council and hold Council harmless from and against all actions, costs, claims, expenses and damages whatsoever which may be brought or made or claimed against Council arising out of or in relation to the use/hire/lease of the park/reserve/facility/sports field(s) in question. 

In the event of a declared day of total fire ban within the State of Victoria-Council have the right to cancel/reject any pre-approved event/activity to be held in a location deemed at risk of a bushfire. 

I acknowledge that I have read and agree to abide by the Conditions for Casual Use of Sports fields for sport, to undertake and comply with all conditions should this application be successful.
