Whitehorse City Council’s new online booking platform, Bookable, makes it simple to check availability and request a booking for our sports fields and pavilions. Whether you’re organising a casual or a seasonal booking, the platform allows you to browse facilities, check availability in real time, and submit your booking request online. Once your request is received, our Leisure and Recreation team will review it and confirm your booking via email.

Booking Availability
Bookings are generally available Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm due to seasonal licences and the spaces they require. If a request comes through outside these times, the Leisure and Recreation team will review it and, where possible, work around other bookings, club activities, and availability requirements to support your request.
Please note that field availability also depends on the current sporting season and how the field is set up. The Winter Season runs from 1 April to 30 September, while the Summer Season runs from 1 October to 30 March.
Booking Guidelines
Notice Period: All booking enquiries must be made at least 10 days in advance of your requested date.
Advance Bookings: Bookings can be made no more than six months in advance.
