Please note: Event permits are only required for activities held on Council-managed public land (like parks, reserves or roads.) Events on private land do not require an Event Permit. 

If you plan to hire a Council venue, like a hall or community centre, an event permit is not required. This also applies to the outdoor areas around that venue, as long as they're included in your hire agreement.
