The Whitehorse City Council Community Local Law (2014) ( PDF 280.06KB) does not allow people to camp or store more than one caravan anywhere in the City of Whitehorse without first obtaining a permit.
Under the Whitehorse City Council Community Local Law (2014) S4.8 ( PDF 280.06KB), a resident may not store more than one caravan without first obtaining a permit.

Camping on Council land, public places, roads and private land in the City of Whitehorse is not allowed under the Whitehorse City Council Community Local Law (2014) S4.6.1 and S4.6.2 ( PDF 280.06KB). The owner or occupier of any land must also not allow camping on their property except in limited circumstances.
NOTE: Camping means using a caravan, tent, motor vehicle or similar for residential accommodation (either temporary or permanent) and caravan also means a mobile home and moveable dwelling.
