Community Gardens

Community gardens provide an opportunity for people to grow food or other plants in a communal space. Growing food locally in a community garden is a great way to keep active, promote the consumption of a healthy diet, become a part of your local community, and reduce your impact on the environment.

Community gardens can consist of individual plots for personal use, a shared communal space, or a communal space where the food is grown for distribution to a charity.
