The Budget 2026/27 sets out how Council will fund the delivery of high-quality services and projects for the coming financial year.  

Endorsed by Council on Monday 22 June 2026, the Budget 2026/27 supports the long-term aspirations of the Whitehorse 2040 Community Vision and delivers on the commitments outlined in the Integrated Council Plan 2025–2029.  

The budget focuses on delivering strong essential services, investing in infrastructure and open space, supporting local businesses and economic activity, and creating a safe, connected and liveable city in line with community priorities.
