Volunteers at Bungalook Nursery propagate many species of indigenous plants for distribution to City of Whitehorse bushland parks and schools or individuals wanting to purchase indigenous plants.
Bushland park visits occur the fourth Friday of every third month at 9.30am meeting at the Bush Reserve. As you wander we will look at how plant communities exist naturally, identify indigenous plants and collect plant parts for propagation when appropriate. The visit concludes with morning tea around 12 noon.
