One of Council’s key objectives is to develop local strategies to maximise business and investment activities that contribute to employment opportunities within the City of Whitehorse.

The Whitehorse Industrial Strategy ( PDF 3.08MB) provides an assessment of the eight significant industrial precincts across the City, these being:

• Blackburn (MegaMile)
• Cook Road
• Evans and Ireland Streets
• Joseph Street
• Lexton Road
• Middleborough and Clarice Roads
• Redland Estate
• Rooks Road

Council adopted the Strategy in 2011.
