Family Access Network (FAN) is a community-based organisation that provides a range of services to singles, families, pregnant, and LGBTIQA+ young people and children experiencing or at risk of homelessness . We provide assistance through a range of programs including Homeless Support Services (Transitional Support Program), Pride in Place( Housing & Support program for LGBTIQA+ young people ), Private Rental Brokerage Program and the Volunteer Program. FAN runs several youth groups, which aim to support young people in our community including Eastern Diversity Group, Young Mums Group and LGBTIQA+ family violence therapeutic group Talking with Pride.
