Playball Basketball offers Year Round After-School Basketball Competition & Training for Primary School aged children from School Prep to Year 4. Playball is an affiliated Association of Basketball Victoria and caters for beginners to experienced players. Playball has operated in the City of Whitehorse since 1996 and offers an excellent commencement for childrens' first basketball experience as it is less intense that Domestic Weekend Basketball. Many teams having commenced with Playball in Prep participating in 'Aussie Hoops' training then progressing into Playball Friday modified competition with lowered rings for Year 1's. From Year 3 or 4 many teams progress into Weekend Domestic competitions.
