At Eley Park, a recent rubbish truck fire caused by crushed batteries highlights why electronic waste doesn’t go in your kerbside bins. |

Providing access to quality open space, is an important way we can protect and improve people’s lives, especially in areas where population density continues to rise. Box Hill City Oval was originally opened in 1937 and will fully re-open in 2027 (the oval will be open in the next few months), not just for sporting clubs, for the entire community to enjoy.

Over the past month, I’ve enjoyed connecting with our community at local events, including the Antonio Park Community Fun Fair, the Mitcham Night Market at Britannia Mall, and the ANZAC Day service at Halliday Park, where I was honoured to lay a wreath on behalf of Council. |
