As part of Law Week, LMCC is hosting Morning Tea with a Lawyer, focusing on Australian road laws and what to do after a road accident. This session is designed to provide clear, practical legal information in an approachable and supportive setting.

A qualified lawyer will deliver a short presentation covering road rules, legal rights and responsibilities after an accident, and how to communicate with police, insurers, and other parties. The presentation will be followed by an interactive Q&A session, giving participants the opportunity to ask questions and clarify concerns.

This event is particularly aimed at people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds who may face barriers to understanding legal information due to language, limited access, or unfamiliarity with the Australian legal system. Attendees will gain real‑life legal knowledge, reduce confusion, and feel more confident navigating road‑related legal issues.
