The tree protection controls, through Amendment C191, applied a municipal-wide Significant Landscape Overlay (SLO9) to all residential land not currently included in the SLO, on an interim basis.
Amendment C219 placed the SLO that was originally applied by Amendment C191. However SLO9 remained interim and lapsed after 16 June 2026.
