Council's education contractor Chooktopia runs a number of incursions to support primary schools and high schools to complete the waste component of Resource Smart Schools and incursions to support schools that wish to implement waste wise actions within their school.

Online Recycling Incursion

Council offers primary schools, secondary schools and teachers recycling education sessions through the Rethink Centre. These 45-minute incursion sessions aim to give to students and teachers the tools to get recycling right at school and at home and understand the benefits of why we do it.

Please note the sessions will be run online via Zoom and limited funding is available. Sessions will be prioritised to school's that have not yet received any sessions.
