Photographs, video images and audio recordings collected by the Council will only be used by the Council to promote its activities and work. If requested, the Council may provide copies to a person appearing in the photograph, video image or audio recording, but it will not provide access for other purposes without your consent to do so. As the Council may use these materials for up to 5 years, the Council’s officers may access them over that time when they are creating promotional material. Due to the nature of online publications, if a photograph, video image or audio recording is posted online, the Council will not be able to control whether it is copied or redistributed.

The Council will not otherwise use or disclose your personal information, including the information on this consent form, without obtaining your consent or unless it is required or authorised by law to do so.
