Auspiced by Musculoskeletal Australia (MSK), we provide evening hydrotherapy classes focused on people with musculoskeletal disorders. We are a not-for-profit group, who engage physiotherapists to lead 2 classes per evening, 2 days a week. Days include Mondays and Thursday. Class times are 7:00pm and 7:40pm.

Warm water exercise is a perfect way to maintain and improve joint and bone health in a safe, friendly environment.
