Whitehorse households will move to a 4-bin waste and recycling service by 1 July 2027 as required by the Victorian Government to meet the Proposed Household Waste and Recycling Service Standards (2024). The size of the bins and how often they are collected has not been standardised and can be determined to suit our community needs. Have your say on how we can make the 4-bin service work best for you.
