For some vehicle-related fines, you can nominate the driver or company in control of the vehicle at the time the fine was issued so we can reissue the fine to them. Vehicle-related fines include:

• Parking fines
• Local Laws fines for parking on a Council reserve
• Environment Protection Act 2017 waste infringements associated with a vehicle

You can also check any photos the Council Officer took when they issued the fine which may help you identify the correct driver.

Additional Information

• You cannot nominate another person or company as being responsible for a non-vehicle-related fine
• If the fine cannot be served on the nominated driver, the fine will revert back to the registered owner of the vehicle
