Request a Fine Payment Arrangement

If you are experiencing financial difficulties and are unable to pay your parking, local law or animal fine by the due date, you may be eligible for a payment arrangement. Council's payment arrangement is an extension of time.

If eligible, you may be able to combine your outstanding fines into a single payment arrangement and choose to extend the due date for that payment.

The Infringements Act 2006 states that only specific people are eligible to apply for a fine payment arrangement.
